We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your product! If you changed your mind, received the incorrect product with your frii[s]mith online purchase, or your product arrives damaged, or you and your skin didn't connect with it, simply return the product to our address within 21 days and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange.
Lets keep it simple and easy for you :
1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number and the reason for your return request email@example.com
2. We will reply to your email to help resolve the issue with the return address details. We recommend that you return the product ( which will need to be returned ) via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume all risk of lost, damaged or theft of goods during transit and therefore we encourage you to insure your parcel, please. frii[s]mith will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged that are headed back to us if you do not insure.
3. Once we receive your returned goods, your return or exchange request will then be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Sendle. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
