1.    Who is Amy? (Background, interests/passions, career)
I'm Amy, mum to my 2 year old daughter Daisy, pointer Winnie and owner of Australian made women's clothing label Marisol. We live on the Mornington Peninsula and love the slow coastal lifestyle, our beautiful beaches and community.
I have a memory of me wearing my favourite pink gingham pants, I was maybe 10 or 11 years old. My mum had the best taste in clothing and always dressed me in the most beautiful pieces, my fav was the Lemonade factory (a small boutique kids clothing store in Sorrento, still there!) It was always about quality, even finding the best pieces at a thrift store. I still think of that memory today when I'm creating and the impact design has on us as we become adults.
I have always been creative and when my sister needed some extra hands for her children's clothing label I was so ready to jump in the deep end. I completely fell in love with the process, from having a vision of a piece, playing with fabrics and then storytelling for the collection. My dream is to create pieces people feel their best when wearing, and I hope someday they have a special memory with them, like my pink gingham pants.
2.    What is the number one lesson you've learned that you would share with your 12 year old self if you could?
Trust yourself, always.  Listen to your intuition and if something isn't working, take a break, do something else for a while and come back to it if you still feel drawn to it.
3.    What does wellbeing mean to you personally and how do you practice self-care/self-love?
After years of working in the corporate world and it taking a toll on my mental health I decided to take some time off (a late gap year maybe) to travel and I spent a lot of time Bali and India, swimming, doing yoga and eating great food. I can't do that as much these days but I try to take parts of that in my everyday life to create balance, food that fuels me and makes me happy (hello, banana smoothie), a dip in the sea or walk to reset, a yoga class and breathwork.
Daily, I journal at night to help release any lingering thoughts and write down anything that made me feel happy throughout my day.
4.    How do you ensure you prioritise the time to focus on your wellness journey?
I've really struggled with this since becoming a mum and juggling my business. I am so in love with being both and am prone to overworking, not prioritising wellness. I've started with the idea of movement everyday, and that could be so many things...a gentle stretch, a walk, time in the garden or a swim or living room dance parties with my daughter are the most fun and help to release tensions or boost energy!
6.    What does radiance mean to you?
Happiness, when you see someone who is grounded, confident, kind and happy.  They just have this glow around them and light up anyone they come into contact with.
7.    What is your favourite FRII[S]MITH product and why do you love it?

Don't make me pick one!! I absolutely love how much my skin has transformed since using your products. I always thought that skin care was so complicated but I love how easy it is to love my skin.

My "I can't live without" is the I Am Power active cleanser, it cleans my skin without it feeling dry and as someone with normally sensitive skin I just love it.
